These days I am pretty blown away at how many toxic ingredients are found in most beauty and cleaning products that I see in the isles of the grocery store. Ingredients such as Formaldehyde, Parabens, Sulfates & Fragrance can be contributors to autoimmune diseases and other chronic illness. Part of the work I do with clients is all about detoxing from these toxins, but what if we could take some easy steps to prevent it in the first place?
